Community Preservation Committee Advances $1.1M in FY26 Funding

SALEM — Community Preservation Committee approves $1.1 million across twelve projects. The committee voted unanimously to approve the FY27 budget and recommended funding for historic preservation, community housing, and open space projects, including $200,000 each for Lafayette Housing Critical Capital Repairs and Tabernacle Church Community Housing, and $100,000 for Winter Island Hangar Critical Structural Repairs. Chair Bart Hoskins presided over the remote meeting.
Committee member Deborah Greel announced she is not seeking reappointment.
