Licensing Board approves liquor licenses for events, two restaurants

Salem Licensing Board approves seven liquor licenses and two permanent business licenses. The board unanimously approved permits for the 15th annual Pride Parade on June 27 at Salem Common, expecting 40,000 attendees, plus multiple community events through April. Chairman Gary M.

Barrett and Member Gary F. Santo, Jr. granted a Common Victualler license to Burrito Spice, a Mexican fast-food restaurant at 97 Bridge Street, and a fortune-telling license to Amy Gannaway at Pentagram. Two applications were continued to February 9.
