Salem Property Sales Span $315,000 to $7.9 Million in Late Summer Deed Filings

Salem recorded 14 property sales between July 31 and Aug. 7, with prices ranging from $315,000 to $7.9 million and a median of $611,000. Thirteen of the 14 deeds disclosed a sale price. The period's top transaction was a $7.9 million sale of a property listed in registry records only as "See Record," sold by 39 Norman Street LLC to Centerboard Inc. Eight of the 14 sales involved condominium units, and five deeds listed a trust as the seller. No street had more than one recorded sale in the period.
