Condominium and deeded-unit sales accounted for the majority of transactions, and several transfers involved family trusts or estate representatives. Two sales had no price recorded yet. With 15 recorded deeds and prices spread across a wide range rather than clustering at one tier, the data shows a moderately active, varied market rather than a runaway trend in either direction.
