Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of January 21, 2026
Salem Zoning Board approves three development petitions. The board unanimously approved an accessory dwelling unit addition to a five-unit building at 10 Ropes Street, allowing increased lot coverage from 49.6 to 51.4 percent and reduced rear setback from nine feet to six feet.
