Trust sets tenant protections and land trust as 2026 priorities

Salem Affordable Housing Trust establishes 2026 priorities and elects new board leadership. The board selected tenant protections and land trust strategies as focal areas and created a policy subcommittee to advance them. The board elected Filipe Zamborlini as Chair, Christopher Malstrom as Vice Chair, and Gina Flynn as Treasurer.

The 2026 meeting schedule was set for February, April, July, and October, and staff reported that two 40R Smart Growth Overlay Districts have been adopted and approved by the state.
