Salem Property Sales Range From $421,500 to Just Over $1 Million in Past Month
Salem recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, though only seven deeds disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $421,500 for a condominium unit at 113 Bridge St. to $1,049,050 for a property at 19 Stormwater Drive, with a median of $660,000. Bridge Street saw three separate transactions during the period. Several other transfers, including at 10 Curtis St., 5-7 Flint St. and 37 Liberty Hill Ave., moved property within the same family or trust and did not disclose a price. With six of 13 sales lacking price data, the recorded deeds show moderate transaction volume but limited visibility into overall market value this period.
