Among those, prices ranged from $421,500 for a condominium unit at 113 Bridge St. to $1,049,050 for a property at 19 Stormwater Drive, with a median of $660,000. Bridge Street saw three separate transactions during the period. Several other transfers, including at 10 Curtis St., 5-7 Flint St. and 37 Liberty Hill Ave., moved property within the same family or trust and had no price recorded yet. With six of 13 sales lacking price data, the recorded deeds show moderate transaction volume but limited visibility into overall market value this period.
