Salem Housing Trust recommends three projects to Preservation Committee

Salem Housing Trust backs three projects for CPC funding consideration. Chair Filipe Zamborlini led the meeting with five members present, including Vice Chair Christopher Malstrom, Thomas Piñeros-Shields, Gina Flynn, and Lynda Fairbanks Atkins. The Board unanimously recommended three affordable housing projects to the Community Preservation Committee: Lafayette Critical Housing Repairs and Tabernacle Church as high priority, and NSCAP Bridge to Salem as medium priority pending additional information.

The Board also approved CPA evaluation criteria for the FY26 round and discussed fundraising opportunities with the Mayor's office.
