The month's top sale was 24 Mason St at $850,000, sold by Carlos Garcia to Ircania C. Valera. Mason Street and Washington Street each saw two sales. Condominium units made up the majority of transfers, and three of the five unpriced sales involved a seller and buyer sharing the same name or affiliated entity, consistent with family or trust transfers. The data shows a moderate-volume period with no sales exceeding $850,000.
