Salem Conservation Commission approves four wetland project permits on January 20. The board unanimously approved Orders of Conditions for a gas infrastructure upgrade at a former manufactured gas plant (20 Pierce Street), an in-ground swimming pool (4 Nurse Way), a self-storage facility (45 Jefferson Avenue), and an accessory dwelling unit (18 Clark Avenue), with conditions ranging from Licensed Site Professional oversight to erosion control plans and two-year habitat monitoring. A seawall replacement hearing at 37 March Street was continued to February 24 after the applicant disclosed work had begun without required permits.

A Certificate of Compliance was issued for 29 Willson Street.
