Salem Affordable Housing Trust advances Tenant Protections and Land Trust policy work. The board met remotely February 3, with five members present, including Chair Filipe Zamborlini and Vice Chair Christopher Malstrom, approving recommendations to proceed with policy subcommittee work on two Housing Roadmap priorities. Board members Lynda Fairbanks Atkins and Gina Flynn scheduled a February 18 meeting with the Mayor to discuss funding sources for the trust.
