SALEM — The Salem Planning Board voted Friday to continue hearings on Forest River Residences Phase 2, proposing 145 dwelling units through adaptive reuse of Salem State University buildings; a North Shore Community Development Corporation and Health Center site plan amendment; and Harborlight Homes and Lifebridge North Shore development with 53 affordable homes and 70 shelter beds, all to July 23 in unanimous votes.
