SALEM — Planning Board approves Dunkin renovation, continues major housing projects. The Planning Board approved a renovation of the Dunkin Donuts facility at 248 Highland Avenue, reducing drive-through lanes from two to one in a 7-0 vote. The board continued several major residential developments to March 26, including Beacon Communities Services LLC's 48-unit veteran housing project at 50 Washington Street and twin Forest River residential projects proposing 340 units by AvalonBay Communities and 145 units by WinnDevelopment.
Vice Chair Sarah Tarbet presided as Chair Kirt Rieder was absent.
