SALEM — Planning Board approves amendments to Franklin Street site plan. The board unanimously approved modifications to a 2021 site plan review and special permit for 4 Franklin Street, reducing office space from two stories to one and extending an ambulance garage. The decision requires tree fund dispersal to the Tree Warden and sign package approval from the Design Review Board before permit issuance.
