SALEM — Design Review Board continues AvalonBay Forest River Residences design review to late February. The joint hearing with the Planning Board reviewed a 340-unit residential development for four parcels including mixed-bedroom apartments, a 508-space parking garage, and a half-acre common. Design Review Board Chair Paul Durand, Vice Chair Marc Perras, and Member Catherine Miller joined Planning Board members in requesting further work on façade materials, pedestrian circulation, play areas, and trailhead maintenance.
The Design Review Board voted unanimously to continue to February 25 and the Planning Board to March 5.
