Resident Service Coordinator Alicia Muzarol reported that ten residents have moved into the renovated Lee Fort Terrace complex, with 28 more in process; the 140-unit building includes 50 senior-designed units and a grandfathered tenant association. Director Teresa Gove Arnold documented 188 clients served 435 times in April on health insurance, housing, and public benefits; the morning cafe generated 3,993 dollars from August 2025 through May 2026.
Chair Lynda Coffill confirmed participation in three parades and planned August 5 Senior Day with a one-thousand-dollar grant application to Eastern Bank.
