SALEM — The Salem Conservation Commission postponed all February business to March 3 citing winter weather threats to remote-meeting access. Chair Bart Hoskins, citing potential Open Meeting Law violations, deferred a full slate of wetlands hearings and orders affecting properties including seawalls at Pickering Wharf, a multi-family project at Salem State South Campus, and a fitness facility at Grove Street. Planner Rachel Vresilovic provided a status update on the ongoing 115 Swampscott Road conservation restriction review, reporting the City continues to clarify the restriction's boundary and plans another meeting with the property owner and interested residents.
