SALEM — City Council committee votes to hold executive session on disability pension. The City Council Committee on Ordinances, Licenses and Legal Affairs voted unanimously on March 25 to enter a closed executive session for a Home Rule Petition from Kathleen Rocheville regarding a disability pension. Andrew W.

Varela, Ward 7 Councillor, chaired the meeting, with City Solicitor James Wellock, HR Director Lisa Cammarata, and Police Chief Miller in attendance. The substance of the discussion remains private, as executive sessions are not recorded in public minutes.
